1. Who am I?
See section 2 of the privacy policy for more information.
What a profound question! "You" is a person who means a lot to us, so to help you find what is most relevant to you, you can see what we mean by "you" (depending on how you interact with the Provider).
Customers : You have an account in a Provider service.
Respondents : You have received a survey, a form, an application or a questionnaire from a Provider service.
Panelists : You have registered and agreed that the Supplier can send surveys to you on behalf of Customers.
Visitors : You only visit one of our sites because you are curious, or have heard about us from the marketing or sales channels.
We've tried to summarize what personal information we collect about you, and how we handle it, in an easy-to-understand way (as best we can, given that we're a technology business). Transparency is important to us.
We are always looking for ways to improve and welcome feedback about this information through the privacy team at privacy@retailx.no.

3. Important notices
A special statement about cookies: We use cookies, pixels and similar technology as we have described above. This technology allows us to ensure that you only see ads that are relevant to you. However, there is much in the area of cookies that can still be improved. We encourage you to read about your rights in this area, and to actively engage with website cookie tools, to ensure that your preferences are expressed. We've worked hard to improve preferences management on our websites, but it's important that you manage these preferences across the internet as well. We respect the contact information of our respondents. To make it easier for you to invite people to take surveys and fill in questionnaires, forms and applications via e-mail, you can upload lists of e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, after which the Provider acts exclusively as a manager of this data. We do not sell these email addresses or phone numbers, and we only use them as instructed by you and in accordance with the Privacy Policy .
